Halloween

It's Halloween here at our house. I have to admit all I want to do is go back to bed and sleep all day. I'm a little sad about the costumes I made.

Chas's neck is a little too thick for the cape - Looks like I'll need to do a little last minute work there.

Bonnie will not wear her's at all. Maybe she'll be more excited when she see's other kids dressed up too.
On another note. I finished a doll for my friends daughter's third birthday. I hope she likes it.

Have a Happy Halloween.

Love the doll and capes!! Bonnie will want it when she sees other people!

I agree with staying in bed! What is with this weather!?! And by the way - the kids don't have school today - so I DID just get out of bed:) But I have been up since 7am with hubby and kids!!

The doll and capes are cute, it took me a few try's before I got a cape pattern that I liked. Orson is going to be a super hero bear. I made him a cape and Reed found the bear costume at D.I. It took us a little while to talk him into it but he thought that he was pretty cool when we went to the school Halloween parade and a few people told him that they liked his costume.

I love the doll...we just got it in the mail!! I think Quincie will adore it! Thank you so very much. It is great to have something beautiful that is home made with love. I can not thank you enough for taking the time out of your very busy life!

P.S. The capes rock! They will love them when they see everyone else dressed up. And, try not to be so hard on yourself....it takes time to bust our perfection. You are awesome for doing it in the first place. I bought my kids this year! :)

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Cute as the others. I think I found a place for you to sell them out here when you are ready. I think they would go perfectly in the store.
