Preschool

Chas started his first day of preschool on Monday.  He was just so excited to be going to school with his big sister.

In preparation for school Chas kept asking me what he could take.  He wanted to take books and I finally allowed him to take one.  He asked if he could take his blankets to school and I told him school didn't allow blankets.  He really thought about that one and then decided it was ok.

When he got to school a friend from church recognized him and gave Chas a big hug.  I knew he was going to be alright.

After school Chas said he had a great time.  In fact today he talked to Grandma McLean on the phone and talked and talked about school.  I can never get that much info out of the kids about school.  Good to know they like it.

Can't believe Chas is old enough for preschool already! Glad he had fun. We also negotiate with Josh every morning so that he only brings 1 item to daycare - today it was a sock monkey jack-in-the-box.

How exciting! Good play/learning time for him and a little more mommy time for you!

Has he enrolled in his first accounting class yet? I'm sure he will want to take a calculator soon.

What a sweetheart Chas is and a talker. I loved chatting to Bonnie and Chas., and I did hear Charlotte. She wasn't going to be left out.
