Lambretta Fabric

Check out my new Lambretta fabric. I was so excited this week when I got home from work and pulled the envelope from Spoonflower out of the mailbox.

I have been trying to draw my scooter for a while and while Jay's niece was over watching the kids one day she just started drawing the scooter (I was working off a picture of the scooter). When I got home I couldn't believe how wonderful it looked, I had totally forgotten she's going to school for graphic design. She was only halfway done and I begged her to finish the drawing.

Once she finished it I grabbed it and scanned it in. I played around with it on the website but really I'm not technically savvy at all. The first fabric is a hot pink magenta color. I love it. Then I went with my standard orange for the bigger print. I'm just so excited on how the fabric turned out. Now I think I'll have to order some more!

The first Lambretta in this picture is mine (of course I let Jay ride it sometimes too). This is the photo Rebekah worked off of.

Good job! Cool Fabric. I have thought about getting some fabric printed through spoonflower but I have been too chicken. Maybe one of these days.

Pretty cool. I didn't know you could do that.

The fabric is really neat. I could see reversing it to white or yellow or some light color on black for an apron.
